Can I use AgentSoul on iPad, Android or Mac?

The AgentSoul app is iPhone-only (iOS 15.0 or later); there is no iPad, Android or Mac app yet. On those devices, use the website at agentsoul.market, which forges the same four agent files — and a Mac is still the natural place to receive and use the files you forge on your iPhone.

The AgentSoul app is made for iPhone only, running iOS 15.0 or later. There is no iPad, Android or Mac app yet. If you are on one of those devices, the website at agentsoul.market does the same job and produces the same four agent files — so nobody is locked out, whatever they carry.

Why iPhone first

Flash Forge reads screenshots of your own chats, and for most people those chats live on the phone. Gao Dao is a conversation you can have on a walk or a train, speaking instead of typing. Both suit a phone better than a laptop, so the first native app went where the material already is.

Building for one device also kept the app small and calm: one main button per screen, a native photo picker, on-device voice and a single optional notification, all tuned for iPhone.

On iPad

There is no iPad version of the app. Open agentsoul.market in Safari instead. The website offers Flash Forge, Gao Dao and the 49-question Deep Forge, and the larger screen is comfortable for reading your report and your files.

One practical difference: on the web, you choose screenshots with the browser’s file picker rather than the app’s photo picker, and Gao Dao’s hold-to-talk button is an app feature, so on the web you type your answers, or use your keyboard’s built-in dictation if it has one. Everything else — the reading and the four files — is the same.

On Android

There is no Android app. Open agentsoul.market in Chrome or any modern browser. You can upload chat screenshots for Flash Forge from your gallery, hold a Gao Dao conversation, or take Deep Forge in English. Each forge gives the same kind of result as in the app, with the same four Markdown files.

On a Mac or PC

There is no desktop app, and you do not really need one. A computer is usually where your agent lives — in Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor or another harness — so it is the destination for your four files either way. You have two routes:

  • Forge on the web, right on the computer. Your files are already where you will use them.
  • Forge on your iPhone, then move the files. Open the soul in My souls, tap to send, and use the share sheet to AirDrop the four files to your Mac, save them to Files (and iCloud Drive, if you use it), or email them to yourself for a Windows PC.

Once the files are on your computer, put soul.md, identity.md, user.md and agents.md in the project or workspace your agent works from, and point the agent at them. In Claude Code, for example, you can reference them from your project’s CLAUDE.md; OpenClaw workspaces read files with these same names. The files are plain Markdown, so you can open them in any text editor first and adjust anything that does not sound like you.

No sync between devices — on purpose

The app has no account, which is good for privacy and means one less password. It also means there is nothing to sync: souls forged on your iPhone stay in that phone’s My souls library, and souls forged on the web do not appear in the app. The files are the bridge. Once soul.md, identity.md, user.md and agents.md are on a device, they work there regardless of which forge made them.

A practical tip: before you change or reset your iPhone, send any souls you want to keep to your computer. Deleting the app deletes the library with it.

“The forge is on your phone; the blade can go anywhere.”

Will other versions come?

The confirmed next step for the app is Deep Forge in version 1.1. Versions for other devices are not announced. If one matters to you, write to hello@agentsoul.market — real requests shape what gets built next.

Questions

Is there an Android version of AgentSoul?

Not yet. On Android, open agentsoul.market in your browser; the web version forges the same four agent files.

Will my iPhone souls appear on my iPad or Mac?

No. The app has no account or cloud sync, so souls stay on the iPhone that forged them. Send the files to your other devices instead.

What iOS version do I need?

iOS 15.0 or later on an iPhone.
