Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentSoul ("Platform", "Service"), a web-based AI agent identity forge and marketplace operated by Innovatorly Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

AgentSoul allows users to generate portable personality files for AI agents ("souls") through Enneagram-based assessments, and to publish, browse, and install souls via a community marketplace. The Platform is available at agentsoul.market.

By accessing or using AgentSoul you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

AgentSoul provides a web-based platform with three forge modes:

• Deep Forge — a 49-question Enneagram personality assessment that generates four agent configuration files: soul.md, identity.md, user.md, and agents.md.
• Flash Forge — a screenshot-based personality inference tool powered by Gemini Vision. Image bytes are processed in memory only and are never written to disk or persistent storage. Only the resulting personality report, a SHA-256 hash of the input, and a screenshot count are retained.
• Gao Dao (高道) — a Chinese-language multi-turn guided dialogue with an AI mentor that produces the same four-file output.

The Platform also provides a public soul marketplace where users may browse, publish, and install community-forged souls.

Pricing: AgentSoul is free during the early access period. There are no paid tiers at this time. The output soul files are yours permanently in open Markdown format, regardless of any future pricing changes.

Accounts are created via magic-link email authentication — no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered email address and for all activity under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide an accurate email address and keep it current
• Not share your account access with others
• Notify us promptly at hello@agentsoul.market if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your files, your ownership. The soul files generated by the Platform (soul.md, identity.md, user.md, agents.md) are produced from your personality assessment responses. You retain full ownership of those files. They are delivered in open Markdown format with no proprietary encoding or lock-in.

Platform licence. By publishing a soul to the marketplace, you grant Innovatorly Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that soul within the AgentSoul marketplace for as long as it remains published. You may unpublish your soul at any time, which will remove it from public listings.

Our intellectual property. The AgentSoul brand, website, platform code, Enneagram scoring engine, sigil generation system, and certification framework are the intellectual property of Innovatorly Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

Third-party tools. Soul files are designed to work with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Hermes, and other agent harnesses. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms — we have no affiliation with or liability for them.

Users may publish souls to the public AgentSoul marketplace. By publishing you confirm that:

• The soul is based on your own assessment results or a personality you have the right to represent
• It does not impersonate a real person without their consent
• It does not contain harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• You have the right to publish it under these Terms

Certification. Souls may be awarded Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification by our editorial team following a safety and quality review. Certification is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Moderation. We reserve the right to remove any published soul that violates these Terms, without notice or liability.

You agree not to use AgentSoul to:

• Generate or publish souls that impersonate real individuals, public figures, or protected groups in a harmful or misleading way
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Enneagram scoring system, sigil generator, or any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the marketplace beyond what is reasonably needed for personal use
• Submit false, misleading, or manipulated assessment responses to game the system
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law, including data protection, intellectual property, or consumer protection legislation
• Introduce malware, spam, or any harmful code via the Platform

We operate in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our full Privacy Policy is available at agentsoul.market/en/privacy/.

Key data commitments:

• Flash Forge images: Screenshot bytes are processed entirely in memory and are never written to any database or storage system. The only data retained is the personality report JSON, a SHA-256 hash of the input, and the screenshot count.
• Gao Dao sessions: Conversation transcripts are stored in our database, scoped to your user account via row-level security. You may request deletion of your session data at any time.
• Soul files: Forge results and published souls are stored in our Supabase database (eu-west-2 region). Unpublished results are private by default.
• Authentication: We use Supabase magic-link authentication. No passwords are stored.

You remain the controller of any personal data you input into the Platform. We act as a data processor in respect of that data.

Soul files are generated with the assistance of AI models (Google Gemini). The Enneagram-based personality assessment produces outputs intended for use as AI agent configuration — they are not a clinical psychological assessment, a professional personality diagnosis, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing soul files before deploying them to any agent harness. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you should not rely on them for any safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated soul file.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovatorly Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of AgentSoul, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm caused by AI-generated content deployed to agent tools.

Our total aggregate liability in respect of any and all claims shall not exceed £100 (one hundred British Pounds), or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater. During the free early-access period, when no fees have been paid, our liability is limited to £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

We may update or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
