Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to AgentSoul — the website at agentsoul.market and the iPhone app AgentSoul: Enneagram for Bots (干将: 九型人格与智能体 in Chinese), together the “Service”.

The Service is operated by Innovatorly Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number [COMPANY NUMBER], whose registered office is at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AgentSoul is an Enneagram-based “soul forge”. It suggests a personality type for you and turns it into four Markdown files — soul.md, identity.md, user.md and agents.md — that you can use to configure AI agents in tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor and Hermes. There are three ways to forge:

• Flash Forge — AI reads 3–10 screenshots you choose.
• Gao Dao (高导) — a guided conversation with an AI mentor, Chinese first.
• Deep Forge — an Enneagram questionnaire (website; coming to the app later).

On the website you can also create an optional profile and publish souls to a public directory. The iPhone app currently offers Flash Forge and Gao Dao, keeps a library of your souls tied to your device, without an account, and lets you send the files to your computer.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use it. You may use the Service for your own personal purposes or on behalf of an organisation that has authorised you to do so.

AgentSoul is free. The iPhone app contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features. If we ever offer paid features on the website, we will show you the price and any additional terms clearly before you pay, and nothing you have already created will be taken away.

Results, reports and files are generated with the help of AI (Google Gemini) and an Enneagram scoring model. Your result is a type hypothesis for reflection and for configuring AI agents. It is not a diagnosis, a scientific or clinical assessment, or medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Do not rely on a result to make important decisions about your health, relationships, work or anyone else. Gao Dao is not a counselling or crisis service. If you are in distress or at risk, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Review your files before you give them to an AI agent. You are responsible for how your agents behave once configured.

You are responsible for the screenshots, messages and other content you give the Service (“Your Input”). By submitting Your Input you confirm that:

• it is your own content, or you have the right and any necessary permission to share it;
• you will not upload other people’s private conversations, photos or personal information without their consent — for Flash Forge, choose screenshots of what you wrote, and crop out other people’s names, numbers and messages where you can;
• it does not contain anything unlawful, including intimate images, content that sexualises minors, or material that infringes someone else’s rights.

You give us permission to process Your Input only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Flash Forge images are processed in memory and not stored.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to profile, monitor or make decisions about another person without their knowledge and consent;
• create or publish a soul that impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way;
• use the Service to harass, discriminate against or harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose;
• try to bypass rate limits, safety checks or app integrity checks, or to extract our prompts or models;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service, or introduce malware;
• use automated means to create large numbers of results.

We may limit, suspend or end your access, and remove content, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or put the Service or other people at risk.

As between you and us, the four files generated for you (soul.md, identity.md, user.md, agents.md) and your reports belong to you. You may use, edit, copy and share them for any lawful purpose, in any tool, without paying us or crediting us. They are plain Markdown with no lock-in.

Because files are generated from shared templates and AI, other users may receive similar wording, and we do not promise that any file is unique or protectable by copyright.

If you publish a soul to the public AgentSoul directory, you grant Innovatorly Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it (including letting other users view and install it, and showing previews and share cards) for as long as it stays published, and for a reasonable period afterwards to remove it from caches and backups. You can unpublish at any time.

By publishing you confirm you have the right to do so and that the soul follows section 7. Certification badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are awarded and may be withdrawn at our discretion. We may remove any published soul that breaks these Terms. Publishing is not available in the iPhone app.

Website profiles are optional and use a sign-in link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your profile.

The iPhone app has no accounts. Your library is tied to your installation of the app. If you delete the app or reset your phone, you will lose access to your library, and we cannot restore it. Send your files to your computer if you want to keep them. You can erase your data at any time in Settings → Delete my data.

Apart from your files and Your Input, the Service — including the AgentSoul and 干将 names and branding, the website and app, question banks, prompts, scoring methods, sigils, templates and certification framework — belongs to Innovatorly Ltd or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our rights to you.

Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Hermes and other tools mentioned are owned by third parties. We are not affiliated with them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

If you download the app from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Innovatorly Ltd only, not Apple. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these Terms on a matter it covers, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Support comes from us — see our contact page.
• Apple is not responsible for any product claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, or intellectual property claims relating to the app.
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. The app is free, so no purchase price is refundable.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a UK or US government embargo and are not on any UK or US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We are continually improving AgentSoul and may add, change or remove features, or suspend the Service for maintenance or to control costs (for example, daily limits). We do not promise that the Service will always be available or error-free.

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you use the Service as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profits or business opportunity), or for how you or your AI agents use results and files.

If you use the Service for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Because the Service is free, and subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to £100.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access as described in section 7. Sections 5, 8, 9 (for content already published), 11, 14 and 16 continue to apply after your use ends.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections given to you by the law of your country of residence.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can still enforce it later.

These Terms are available in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
