Where is the AgentSoul app available?

The AgentSoul iPhone app is available in 174 App Store regions around the world, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. The one notable exception is the China mainland App Store, where the app is not offered.

If you are reading this in Chinese from Kuala Lumpur, London or Vancouver, the app is very likely already waiting for you in your App Store. Search for “AgentSoul” or “干将”, or follow the App Store link on agentsoul.market, which always points to the genuine listing.

Built for Chinese speakers everywhere

AgentSoul is published by Innovatorly Ltd, a UK company, and it was designed from the start for a global audience: Chinese speakers wherever they live, and English-speaking builders of AI agents. That is why the app is bilingual, and why Gao Dao 高导, the mentor conversation, speaks Chinese.

The Chinese-speaking world is not one place. A student in Melbourne, a family in Singapore, a designer in Taipei and a grandparent in Toronto all reach the same App Store listing, in their own region, with the same features.

How to find the right listing

Several apps use the word “soul” or the name 干将, so it helps to know what the genuine listing looks like before you tap Get:

• Subtitle: “Personality and AI Agents Soul”.
• Publisher: Innovatorly Ltd.
• Price: free, with no in-app purchases.
• Category: Lifestyle, with Productivity as the secondary category. Age rating 13+.
• Compatibility: iPhone, iOS 15.0 or later.

If what you find asks for payment, shows a different publisher, or is listed for iPad or Android, it is not this app. The safest route is the App Store link on agentsoul.market, which always points to the right place.

Not in the China mainland App Store

The app is not available in the China mainland App Store. If your Apple Account is set to China mainland, you will not find it when you search.

How App Store regions work

Apple decides which App Store you see from the country or region set on your Apple Account, not simply from where you are physically. So if you live abroad with an account set to your current country, you will usually see the app; if you are travelling with an account from a region where it is offered, you will usually see it too. Apple’s own rules govern changing an account’s region, and doing so affects subscriptions and balances, so check Apple’s guidance before considering it.

Languages, and what to do if you can’t get the app

The app’s interface is available in English and Simplified Chinese; switch between them in Settings. Gao Dao converses in Chinese, with the surrounding interface in your chosen language. Traditional Chinese is not offered yet. Because the switch is instant and lives in Settings, a household that moves between languages can share the same phone comfortably: a parent can read in Chinese, a teenager can switch back to English, and the souls in My souls stay exactly where they are.
